FLIPNESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all FLIPNESS HIP HOP CARDIO events, programmes, classes, merchandise purchases, registrations and related services.
By registering, purchasing or participating in any FLIPNESS activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
All registrations and purchases are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon successful payment.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration or purchase.
FLIPNESS reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations where incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent information is provided.
2. EVENT ADMISSION
Admission is subject to the event details stated at the time of purchase.
Participants must comply with event rules, venue requirements and instructions from FLIPNESS representatives.
FLIPNESS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate or may affect the safety or experience of others.
3. TICKETS
All admission tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless otherwise stated by FLIPNESS.
Ticket transfers may be allowed subject to prior notification and approval by FLIPNESS.
Lost, duplicated, resold or unauthorised tickets may be refused.
4. MERCHANDISE
All merchandise is subject to availability.
Colours, prints, measurements and finishing may vary slightly due to production processes.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct item, size, colour and quantity before payment.
Pre-order items may require additional production and delivery time.
5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are subject to the FLIPNESS Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any approved refund will exclude applicable non-refundable processing, transaction, payment gateway or administrative fees.
6. EVENT CHANGES
FLIPNESS reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event dates, times, venues, instructors, programme schedules or activities where necessary.
Where an event is postponed, tickets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Where an event is cancelled, any applicable refund will be handled according to the FLIPNESS Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. PARTICIPATION & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate in FLIPNESS activities.
Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury.
Participants should exercise according to their own ability and stop immediately if they feel unwell, dizzy, uncomfortable or experience pain.
FLIPNESS may advise participants not to continue participating where there are reasonable safety concerns.
8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
FLIPNESS is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence on the part of FLIPNESS.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
FLIPNESS events, classes and programmes may be photographed or recorded.
Images and videos may be used for documentation, marketing, social media, website content and promotional materials.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All FLIPNESS names, logos, branding, programme materials, choreography, training content, graphics and related materials are the property of FLIPNESS or their respective rights holders.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially used or represented as official FLIPNESS material without written permission.
11. PROMOTIONAL CODES & OFFERS
Promotional codes, discounts, gifts and special offers are subject to their stated terms and availability.
They cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
FLIPNESS reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions where necessary.
12. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, FLIPNESS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in an event, use of FLIPNESS services, or circumstances outside FLIPNESS’ reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. PRIVACY
Personal information provided to FLIPNESS will be handled in accordance with the FLIPNESS Privacy Policy.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
FLIPNESS may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
