FLIPNESS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made for FLIPNESS HIP HOP CARDIO merchandise and event admission tickets.

1. MERCHANDISE

All merchandise purchases are considered final once payment has been successfully made.

Refunds, returns or exchanges are generally not permitted for:

1. Change of mind
2. Incorrect size, colour or item selected by the customer
3. Pre-order items that have already entered production
4. Minor differences in colour, print placement or finishing due to manufacturing processes

However, if you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact FLIPNESS within 3 days of receiving the item with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Upon verification, FLIPNESS may offer an exchange, replacement or refund, where appropriate.

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange or replacement.

Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by FLIPNESS.

2. EVENT ADMISSION TICKETS

All FLIPNESS event admission ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment has been successfully completed.

No refunds will be provided for:

1. Change of mind
2. Inability to attend the event
3. Personal scheduling conflicts
4. Late arrival or failure to attend
5. Transportation issues
6. Personal emergencies or circumstances outside FLIPNESS’ control

Tickets may be transferred to another participant, subject to FLIPNESS approval and notification before the event.

Any complimentary merchandise, gifts or participant entitlements included with the ticket will remain subject to the original ticket package and availability.

3. EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

If an event is cancelled by FLIPNESS and no replacement date is provided, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund of the admission ticket amount paid.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will remain valid for the new event date.

Refund eligibility for a postponed or rescheduled event, if any, will be determined by FLIPNESS based on the circumstances.

Any external or incidental costs incurred by participants, including transportation, accommodation, parking, meals or other personal expenses, are not refundable by FLIPNESS.

4. REFUND AMOUNT & PROCESSING FEES

Any refund approved by FLIPNESS, including refunds due to:

1. Event cancellation
2. Defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise
3. Order cancellation approved by FLIPNESS
4. Any other circumstances where FLIPNESS agrees to issue a refund

will be processed based on the amount paid less any non-refundable processing, transaction, payment gateway or administrative fees, where applicable.

These fees may be charged by third-party payment service providers and are not refundable by FLIPNESS.

Shipping, delivery and other external charges are also non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated by FLIPNESS.

The final refundable amount may therefore be lower than the original amount paid.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method determined by FLIPNESS.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved.

FLIPNESS is not responsible for any additional processing time imposed by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
