Refund Policy

At Iltizam Relief Society, we value the trust and generosity of our donors. Due to the nature of charitable donations, refunds are only granted under specific circumstances and at the discretion of the management.

  1. Unauthorized Transactions
  2. Refunds will be processed only if the unauthorized use of your payment card is proven. If you suspect fraudulent use of your card or if your card has been lost or stolen, please report it to your card provider immediately, in accordance with their reporting rules.
  3. Donation Errors
  4. If you have made an error in your donation through our online payment gateway, kindly notify us within one (1) working day. This ensures we can complete the necessary bank reconciliation before processing your refund or cancellation request.

How to request for refund or cancellation?

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

Important: Requests submitted later than one (1) working day after the donation will not be processed.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds for online transactions will typically be completed within one to two weeks. For credit card transactions, processing may take one to two months, depending on your card provider’s policies.
