AurumLX Subscription Membership – Refund Policy
1. Membership Fees Are Non-Refundable
All membership fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully made.
2. Immediate Activation of Services
Membership benefits are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Special Circumstances (Company Discretion)
Refunds may be considered only under special conditions (e.g., duplicate payments, verified technical errors). All such requests must be made within 7 days from the payment date and are subject to AurumLX’s internal review.
4. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted due to reasons such as accidental registration, misunderstanding of benefits, or change of mind.
5. Membership Termination by AurumLX
If a membership is terminated by AurumLX due to a breach of terms or misuse, no refund will be issued.
