Refund Policy


Eligibility:

Refunds are only issued if we cancel the event/service or fail to deliver as agreed.


Non-Refundable:

Payments made for confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances stated herein.


Request Procedure:

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of booking or event cancellation, whichever is earlier.


Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.


Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if services have been partially delivered.


Talent Services:

Refund entitlements on talent bookings are subject to separate agreements between the talent and the user; we act as facilitator only.


Right to Refuse:

We reserve the right to decline any refund if conditions are not met.
