Create Payment Form

1. Click the ‘Complete Payment Forms’ button

2. Click ‘Create Payment Form’

3. Fill in the form details (Step 1/4)

4. Then click the ‘Next’ button

5. Set your listing option (Step 2/4) - Required to enable one listing option

6. Then click the ‘Next’ button

7. Add an extra field (Step 3/4). Click the ‘Next’ button

8. Customize your Thank You Page, and enable the form (Step 4/4). Click the ‘Save’ button



9. Find the ‘Action’ button to edit, view, and deactivate the form
