2. Additional requests or changes may incur extra charges.
3. Project timelines may vary due to external factors or site conditions.
4. Client must ensure all renovation works comply with building/management regulations.

By proceeding, you agree to these terms and confirm that this payment is voluntary, accurate, and not linked to any prohibited activities under Malaysian law (Contracts Act 1950, Consumer Protection Act, PDPA 2010, AMLA 2001).
